Could someone give me words of motivation?
And please nothing too mean….
I’m 14. And I’m really fat and lazy. I’m trying to change that, but it’s really hard for me…
I’m 5’4" and 120 pounds.
So I’m trying to eat healthier, but I basically wrecked it for today…
Breakfast:
-Smoothie (1 banana, some raspberries, Activia yogurt)
-1 wheetabix with 2% milk
Lunch:
-1 Activia yogurt
-Salad with a few almonds and a few pieces of ham
Snack: (BIG MISTAKE… I feel like crap)
-Big chocolate bunny from easter (270 cals!!!!)
My exercise starting this week is going to be:
-4 days a week 30 min on treadmill (I’m going on in 30 min)
-5 days a week biking to school (unless it’s raining)
-everyday walk my dog for 25 min (45 min if it’s rainy and I didn’t bike to school)
-everyday mini 15 min workout before bed (Pushups/Crunches/Lunges/Squats)
I’m going to drink a lot of water…. and try to get 9 hours of sleep.
Please give me words of motivation!! Nothing mean like "get your lazy butt of the couch and get on the treadmill"
Will this work and help get me fit and healthy? I hate my body so much right now… I just want to cry.
If not, what will!?!?!

You did not eat bad today. Your growing right now, you need a lot of food just don’t over eat. If your going to exercise like that, you will need more food. Everything that you plan to do sounds great.
Weight Watchers Program is the best… i used it and my wife does,,, we are happy with it, we had the same problem before and now we are losing, i dropped 15 Kg but over time, the nice thing that it does not come back if you have crazy days of eating and still controllable all the time.

Ps. Weight Watchers can let you eat everything you want even if its McDonalds but with limits according to your weight and size and age.

Your statistics seem fine, I wouldn’t worry about the numbers. Just look in the mirrior and consider the image that would make you content. Keep up a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables as you are still growing.
i had friends who were like 200 plus pounds in school and they lost almost all their weight and now are sexier than ever…im glad i was always nice to them. what they did, which isnt healthy, was basically starved themselves. i dont recommend it but you just have to be ready to change its going to be hard and your going to want to quit.

You’re doing fine. You really are. Your diet is great, we all need a treat now and again and you should enjoy the treat. The exercise plan is great.
Just keep it up, eat healthy, exercise and enjoy!

Honey , you are not overweight ! You are still growing, you have a little "puppy fat " . Exercise is good , watch the sweets they only go to your middle, think fruit instead of sweets . Stand up straight , practice pulling your tummy in ( not as easy as it sounds ) ! You go girl !
Well the fact that you care enough to keep track of what you eat is more than most people do. If you mess up in a day don’t throw in the towel, just pretend it didn’t happen. So forget about the bunny. Try this, cut out 100 calories from your diet every 3 days. If you try to cut 500 calories all at once your body realizes something is not right and let’s you know it by giving you those cravings. Slow and steady is the best way to reach a goal of long term weight lose. Good Luck

haha what are you talking about fat?!? im 5’4 as well and i weigh 146… i dont think i look fat
im avrage size and i like it! just be proud of who you are and love what you see in the mirror… yea eating healty can help lose weight but dont obses about it cuz the more you think ur fat, the more ur brain and body will think its true so your gona start gaining like crazy.
its all a mind game! ur mind controls everything… if ur use to always thinking that a cut hurts, if u see a cut that you didnt notice before than ur gonna feel pain but if you had never noticed it imagen how long its been bleeding! haha ur brain makes you think things you dont really feel!! its the same for hunger (reason people cant quit snaking), weight gain, even how smart you are… it all depends on what you choose to belive.
it also affects you if people call you fat or stupid all the time… u start beliving…. so belive me! you are not fat at all! you have not seen fat so dont say you are!!
so love ur self and once you can accept that you can most likely lose more weight than freaking out over a chocolate bunny and think " o god now im getting fat again"
just dont worry about it and…. well what you said about ur food… that seems hard! i would eat more haha but thats just me… i hate starving so what im doing is jogging every day just to stay fit and imma cut back on bread and tortillas haha cuz in mexican families… O MY GOD do they eat that stuff, and man do i eat =) haha but i still love my body and i think i look great so really dont worry about it! just be proud of your self and ur body
Everyone deserves a treat, consider that chocolate bunny your treat for the week. Don’t feel guilty about it, it’s healthy to give yourself something tasty. Tomorrow is another day, don’t let one chocolate bunny get you down!
