My question is about cycling. I read it on some bodybuilding book that when you are on building mass phase, you go on a high calorie diet and gotta do something called cycling to prevent your body from getting adopt to what you are doing. This book says you follow your diet for 6 days and on the 7th day, you eat almost no protein. What is the correct way to do cycling? Thanks
