Low-carb diet questions, really could use the help?
I’m starting a low carb diet but I’m still a little confused on stuff
like what fruits and vegetables should I be adding to my diet if I’m on low carb? What fruits/vegetables shouldn’t I eat? Is having about 8 oz of cheese okay? Whats the carb limit? Do I limit how diary I eat or is it okay? What are some good low-carb foods? Whats the best low-carb diet book? I don’t mind going on something strict, I’m not a carb lover at all, they usually make me feel sluggish and have my stomach bloat after I eat it, I’ve tried going whole grain but it didn’t really do any justice

You should start at a light and easy level, gradually building up the variables such as number of repetitions, speed, weight and time spent on the exercises you choose. In this way, you will see real progress over the weeks and months. You should use intelligent trial and error. If an exercise is not working for you, or you have discomfort doing it, you should stop and try something else. If an exercise is working for you, stick with it, and drive it into the ground!
