TRX Core Workout: Here is circuit of exercises that will hurt you so good
This is a KILLER CORE WORKOUT that I do every other day. It doubles as an awesome cardiovascular workout because you are not suppose to rest in between exercises. Only rest after you complete the entire 1st set. Rest for 2 minutes, then start on the 2nd circuit of exercises. Start out doing 2 sets until you have the power to do 3 sets. Take a two minute rest in between sets. If you need to rest a little in between exercises feel free to. However, the more you rest, the less you work. Work your ass off like a WARRIOR FOR 3 SETS.
